Our entry in the World Championship Pumpkin Chunkin is a Dave Hodges' adaptation of the childrens game "Mouse Trap,"
where a relay of pumpkins are rolled through a series of challenges and triggers,
which cause things to bang, clang, bong, dong and boing until the last trapping pumpkin reaches the end of its journey,
activating the final trigger launching a human on a skateboard down a sliding board on to an air mattress,
thus launching the last pumpkin.
Winning at the Punkin Chunkin gets you a trophy,
a hat, and first class bragging rights.
The money raised goes to charities such as,
The Saint Judes Childrens Research Hospital,
and local charities in region.
